1. Who sells

Everything on breakingsilos.org is sold by Neveoh B.V. Our details are at the top of this page. Questions about an order: write to [email protected].

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order on this site: the paperback, the e-book, and online reading access (pay what you want). Orders of 50 copies or more are made by quote; these terms apply to them unless the quote says otherwise.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include 9% Dutch VAT. The price of the paperback includes shipping to the countries listed on the order form. You pay through Mollie, with iDEAL or a card. The agreement is made as soon as your payment succeeds; you get a confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

• E-book: you receive a download link by email right after payment. The link works for 30 days; ask us for a new one if it has expired.
• Online reading: you receive a personal reading link by email right after payment. It opens the whole book online on any device.
• Paperback: your copy is printed on demand by our print partner and sent to the address you gave. You receive a tracking link when it ships. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we tell you, and you may cancel and get your money back.

5. Right of withdrawal

Paperback. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you receive the book, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected], for instance with the sentence below, and send the book back within 14 days after that. The cost of sending it back is yours. We refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days after your message; we may wait until we have the book back or you show it is on its way.

I withdraw from my purchase of the Breaking Silos paperback, ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, and the email address used for the order.

E-book and online reading. These are delivered digitally and immediately. When you order, you ask for delivery to start at once and confirm that you then lose your right of withdrawal. After that, the purchase cannot be withdrawn.

6. Damaged or misprinted copies

If your paperback arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo by email. We send you a new copy or refund the price, whichever you prefer. This does not limit your rights under the law.

7. Use of the e-book and the reading link

The e-book and your reading link are for your own use. Please don't share the file or the link publicly. The text remains the author's copyright.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on our side.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to [email protected]. We reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection that the law of your own country gives you.
